I'LL GET MY MAN

 

Our Last productions was I'll Get My Man - a Farce by Phillip King. The cast thouroughly enjoyed performing this fast paced show and we welcomed two new young members who are stufdying Drama for their GCSEs and A levels.

I'm a title

Playing the role of the Vicar is Dilwyn Bright, as he enjoys Mrs Carters 'left-over' sausages out of sight of his sister the humour starts

I'm another title

When along comes Mrs BArrington-Locke (widow) who is on teh scout-out for a new husband the various characters she meets are no match for her sustained efforts.

Pixie "I'll Get My Man" Potter enters on the lookout for the Vicars nephew to who she wishes to be married - though as a crss between a teenage boy and a shaggy dog she is being warded off by Peter "Venture-man" Humprey 

I'm another title

Bringing up the last character to come on stage is the Irked Bishop of Lax: By teh time we see the Bishop he has been danced around the floor  - literally - by Mrs Carter, Stood on by Pixe Potter; Rejected by Josophine and Bamboozled by Peter acting as a Vicar!
